Delivering files and evaluation times:
If you made an order before 4:00 PM, you will receive your evaluation within 24 working hours considering that Friday are off day with taking into consideration the holidays announced by the Government.
In some cases, the Evaluation will take more than 48 working hours depending on the availability of the specialist, in that case, we will call the customer and inform him with the exact day to receive the Evaluation.
If the client made an order outside the formal working hours (5:00 – 8:00) the order will be consider made in the next day.
After the evaluation and confirmation, the orders need 7 working days to be ready and sent via ecc-edu.net website during working hours ( 9:00 – 4:00 )
