A fundamental course to understand project management, understand how the project schedule works, and link the different activities to the project and arrange their priorities.
· A summary of the FIDIC and contracts and an explanation of important terms.
· Bids and the mechanism of their submission and referral to the contractor.
· Defining the contractor, owner and consultant, the difference between them, and coordinating work between them.
· Definition of program interfaces.
· Create EPS, OBS, WBS and Activity, define the difference between them.
· Linking the activities of the project by relationships and setting the start and end dates for each activity.
· Determining the resources needed for the project and assigning them to the appropriate activities (quantity and cost).
· Calculate and study the total cost of the project.
· Activate the calendar on the schedule.
· Print orders for the schedule.
